Art Laboe was a disc jockey and head of Original Sound Records. He released several of Frank Zappa's early productions from the Cucamonga era, including Memories Of El Monte by the Penguins.

He still has a syndicated radio show on Sunday nights <http://www.killeroldies.com/artlaboe.htm>.
