Frank Zappa's brother, Bobby, occasionaly played guitar with Frank and Don Van Vliet. One of these sessions can be found on Zappa's "The Lost Episodes":

Bobby and sister Candy Zappa were special guests at the 13th Zappanale festival in Bad Doberan, Germany, in 2002.

In 2015, CRZ Publications published "Frankie & Bobby, Growing Up Zappa", a book about Bob and (his three year older brother) Frank's childhood years.

2017 saw the release of the sequel: "The Rest Of Our Story".
